2. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Act respectfully towards the natural environment, local communities, and fellow participants. Our commitment to responsible ecotourism is paramount.
- Be physically capable of participating in chosen activities, and disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to participation.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
All bookings for our tours and workshops are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each service. Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service booked and will be clearly communicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or safety concerns, in which case alternatives or refunds will be offered as per our specific program guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Aurora Guide or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Aurora Guide.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aurora Guide strives to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. However, participation in wilderness and adventure activities inherently involves risks. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Aurora Guide, its directors, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Specific waivers and release forms may be required for certain activities.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northwest Territories, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
